Ocean Spray Hot Tubs & Saunas has been serving Long Island since 1981. There are thousands of customers enjoying their Hot Springs Spas today, whether the spas are one week or 15 years old.
Our service technicians and delivery crews are factory-trained and must attend frequent seminars to maintain their certifications. With every Hot Springs or Tiger River Spa that is delivered, we also have our service department, always on call for questions on everything from water chemistry to the latest in accessories. If your spa ever needs service or repair you can expect a prompt and courteous response, for we feel that attention after the sale is as important, if not more important, than before a sale.
