It is Dean Delessio and the Service Department that really makes me a very happy and satisfied customer. Your service department is what keeps your customers happy and keeps them coming back. I have been in the advertising business for over 20 years and “word of mouth” advertising is the best type of advertising. Even better than Google.  I have sold 5 hot tubs for you to my friends because of the quality of your hot tubs and because of Dean and your service department. SO many companies forget the basics. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you. I am still friends with the 5 people that I referred Ocean Spray Hot Tubs to and they are all very happy with their spas.

I firmly believe service after the sale is more important than the sale itself. Satisfied customers are the best means of advertising. Keeping customers well satisfied through knowledgeable, quality service are key factors in making a business prosper. Ocean Spray accomplishes all of this. Dean, in service and Tom (on the road mechanic) are a professional, well oiled dynamic duo. Their honesty and knowledge are untouchable. There have been time s Dean would return my phone calls and walk me through some small adjustments that I could make, saving me time and money. The sales staff in the retail stores are there to answer your questions and they do it quite well. I have been their customer for 15 years and I respect them and recommend them.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for a great product. I’ve owned a Tiger River Bengal Spa for several years now and it has been a great pleasure. The quality and performance of your product has been excellent! In addition and perhaps even more important has been the service and support I have received.

I purchased my spa at Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas here in New York and they have been a pleasure to deal with. I particularly want to mention Dean in the service department. Whenever there is a service issue, whether it is a repair, cover installation or something else, Dean always addresses the issue quickly, courteously and professionally. HE and his team have always been on time for appointments and have never let me down. He ahs always gone abnove and beyond to ensure that my spa has been taken care of properly and is always up and running in top condition. Recently my spa needed service while I was out of town. Dean made sure the service was completed and the sap back up and running by the tijme I Returned. IT was great to be able to jump right in with no worries after an especially difficult trip. Dean made sure it would be ready and I need not worry or check up on it while I was away. I cannot say enough about the great product support and service Dean provides.

A quality product backed with such exceptional service is hard to beat and even harder to find in these tough economic times. I have given my recommendation to many of my friends, some of whom now relax in their own Hot Spring or Tiger River spas. Thank you and thank you to Dean for making owning a Tiger River spa a great experience.

We have had our Hot Springs Spa for 9 years now, and enjoyed it so much that we purchased another smaller model for our ski house. Ocean Spray's delivery, service, and careful attention make it a wonderful company to deal with. Dean and Bob in Westhampton, Sonny in Farmingdale, and of course Joe, have all worked together to give us kind, knowledgeable and professional assistance, whatever our question.

Our spa is in use the entire year. Turning the heat down in the summer for the grandkids to use as the 'alternate' swimming pool, to working out the muscle aches from raking the fall leaves or shoveling the winter snow, to just enjoying a starry night - the Hot Springs spa is wonderful!

We purchased a Hot Springs Grandee Spa in 2006 from Ocean Spray Hot Tubs along with the Sequoia Works Spa mounted enclosure. We use it all year long. The enclosure creates a very private setting and protects from all weather elements. Many family nights have been spent together in the Grandee, it has allowed for quality time and good memories. We keep it well maintained and it still looks brand new. We continue to go to Ocean Spray Hot Tubs for all of our chemical needs and if ever there is a question or concern they have been helpful.‎

Thanks to you and your staff, our recent hot tub purchase has been a great experience. All of the extras that were included with our hot tub purchase have been a tremendous help.

We know you are always there to help. We particularly liked the personal service of having Joe come to our house to demonstrate all the features on the tub and to educate us on the use of the various chemicals. We love our new hot tub and use it all the time.

Ocean Spray Pools & Spas are truly major league players in the hot tub industry. They took care of every aspect of my purchase from instructing me about the set up to the installation of my Hot Spring Vanguard Hot Tub.

Today businesses sell you something then they don’t know you. Sonny from Ocean Spray Pools & Spas Farmingdale location has called me at least four times to see how I am enjoying my hot tub. Other businesses could learn a big lesson in customer service from the team at Ocean Spray. I just hit a Grand Slam purchasing my hot tub from Ocean Spray Pools & Spas.
