If it were not fro the help of salesman Bob Green and Service Manager Dean, we would not have purchased another HotSpring Portable Spa. Our confidence in your company was diminished after our warranty on our old Highlife spa had expired. Had it not been for these two gentleman, we would have taken our business elsewhere.
We feel that after years of quality upkeep our previous spa, The HotSprings Highlife, should not have been comprised. A visit to the Ocean Spray Showroom renewed our confidence by speaking to these knowledgable individuals. Gentleman,
I am writing this letter to thank you for the excellent service you provide your clients. On Saturday, September 1, 2001, I tried to operate my hot tub. It would not go on, so I called your offices about 1pm. Mr. Green said he would send a mechanic down within the hour. Whitey, your mechanic, appeared about 11/2 hours later and repaired the hot tub. He was courteous, efficient and the hot tub was working within the hour. When I told him to send me a bill, he informed me that I was covered by the guarantee.
I own a construction company and operate my company exactly like you operate yours, which is why I have stayed in business for 45 years. I will recommend you to anyone that asks, as I did to my daughter and son-in-law, the Nannariello's.
